Terms of Service

By enrolling in the "Single to Soulmate" course, including any question and answer sessions or 1:1 meetings, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Educational Purpose Only

The "Single to Soulmate" course is designed for educational purposes only. The content provided within the course does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. The information is general in nature and should not be used as a substitute for personalized professional advice from a licensed medical, psychological, or legal professional.

2. No Doctor-Patient or Therapist-Client Relationship

Participation in this course does not establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship between you (the participant) and Dr. Omar Haque or any other affiliated professionals. Dr. Haque’s background in psychiatry and psychology informs the educational material, but it does not replace individualized professional care, and in no circumstances is a clinical relationship ever established by your participation in this educational course.

3. Consultation with Licensed Professionals

Participants are encouraged to seek personalized advice from licensed professionals regarding any medical, psychological, or personal concerns. You should never disregard or delay seeking professional advice based on any information presented in this course.

4. Personal Responsibility

By participating in this course, you agree that any actions or decisions you make based on the course materials are entirely your responsibility. Neither Dr. Omar Haque nor the creators of the course will be held liable for any consequences arising from your participation or any decisions you make as a result of your interpretations of information provided in this course.

5. Not a Substitute for Therapy

This course is not clinical care or clinical advice, and is not in any way a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health or medical treatment. If you are experiencing mental health or medical challenges, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.

6. Q&A Session and Email Disclaimer

Any communication between Dr. Omar Haque and his staff, and participants in the course, whether via email, video, or Q&A sessions, is for educational purposes only. No personalized relationship advice, diagnosis, or therapy will be provided during these sessions, and no such relationship should be construed by you or your associates based on anything said. Any interaction and/or communication between Dr. Omar Haque and his staff, and you and your associates, is purely educational and does not constitute a clinical relationship or provision of individual clinical advice.  

7. Waiver of Liability

You hereby release and discharge Dr. Omar Haque and affiliated parties from any liability arising from your participation in this course. This includes any personal injury, emotional distress, or damages resulting from your use of the course content.

8. Limitations of Results

While the course provides strategies based on social science research, there is no guarantee of specific results. Individual outcomes will vary.

9. Account Usage and Access

Your login credentials are for your individual use only. Account sharing is prohibited. Suspicious activity, such as multiple logins from different devices or locations, may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

  • Account access ends 6 months from purchase, and failure to use the course within this period will result in loss of access without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content included in this course, including text, graphics, images, videos, quizzes, and handouts, is the property of Dr. Omar Haque and Omar Sultan Haque, LLC, or its content suppliers, and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of any course materials, including recording, duplicating, or sharing content in ANY form, is strictly prohibited and illegal without express written permission. Violation of this clause will result in legal action.

11. Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality content that delivers value. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of the Single to Soulmate course, we offer a 10-day refund policy from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must email us at [email protected] within 10 days of your purchase.
  • Your email should include the reason for your dissatisfaction and a brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations.

Refunds will not be processed after the 10-day period for any reason (i.e., someone decided not to complete the course).  We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

  1.  Recording of 1:1 Meetings

For the purposes of quality assurance, accountability, and training, all 1:1 meetings, whether elected/purchased by you or required by request, or any consultations, or coaching sessions conducted as part of the Single to Soulmate course are required to be recorded. By purchasing this course and participating in any 1:1 sessions, you consent to the recording of these meetings. The recordings will be used solely for internal review and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. If you have any concerns about the recording of your sessions, please contact us at [email protected] before scheduling your meeting.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties furthermore agree to next submit the matter to mediation or arbitration, before pursuing legal action.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the course is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. We comply with relevant data protection regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 15. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts (MA). Any legal action or proceeding related to this course or these terms must be brought in Massachusetts.
